Digestive health ecommerce brand looking to grow and become a major player in their marketplace.

Where were they before working with us?

They went through a massive growth phase but hit a sales plateau and couldn't increase revenue.
To kickstart growth, they tried testing new marketing angles but nothing seemed to be working with their potential audience.

What problem were they facing?

They were operating at a low profit margin, and even though they were doing 6-figures in sales per week, they were facing the real possibility of going out of business if they didn't turn things around and convert more customers with the same amount of traffic.

What did we do to solve it?

Market Research - We evaluated the competition to figure out a new way to communicate with potential customers. A/B testing - We developed a unique way to add more social proof using testimonials. This built another layer of authority and  trust which help attract more new customers.

What results did we achieve?

The new marketing test increased sales by 36.44% and boosted AOV by $6. This allowed the client to spend more money on paid media and bring on more affiliate partners, while increasing net profits.
